Shadow IT is the use of IT-related hardware or software by a department or individual without the knowledge of the IT or security group within the organization. It can encompass cloud services, software, and hardware. The CyberCyte portal will detect "Shadow IT" and allow users to manage it.

The CyberCyte portal can provide various analyze types for "Shadow IT", users can filter the analysis types and observe the results. The grid can be extended by selecting additional columns.

The users can click on the "+" button to add the artifacts by their name, this action allows users to whitelist their infrastructure. Also, if users click on the three dots on the right side of the grid, some options can be executed. Users can also delete the applications or packages, upgrade the system, and other remediation actions.

To summarize, users can observe their "Shadow IT"'s, after that, they can do whitelisting or execute remediations immediately on the portal.
